my kuwo box just stopped working all of a sudden. im not chinese either so i dont know whats wrongs and i can t read anything to try and figure it out. it just simply wont play music anymore.
Hi, please check with your firewall, coz I have experience where my player not working at all, but working fine in my friend PC in the same network.
After some time, i only find out that my newly install firewall block the inbound and outbound traffic for that application.

Hi, my problem is that some of the script on the Kuwo player interface comes up as ?????, making it hard to use the program. Any ideas? I am using the program from the US.
I believe your PC is not install with the Chinese language encoding. Try to do that and reinstall your tools.

Hi there…I can’t really read Chinese characters, but I’ve been having a problem with my music box. It won’t display the today’s recommended page at all…it’s just blank. I have no idea why, is there a setting for it or something? Help will be appreciated…thanks
Hi, from my experience, this problem normally is case by the firewall setting.
Maybe you may try to disable your firewall or add the program/application to the white list and let’s the traffic to go through (both in and out).
Then try to restart your application and see whether it work or not.

Are you using the Window XP or Vista in ENG version?
To enabled your computer to read the chinese language you need to install the chinese language pack using your window cd, then set the language to match of non-unicode program
Start -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Pack -> Advance -> Select a language…. you want to use -> Chinese (PRC)

I downloaded the kuwo music box but i cannot download songs. i am in canada. it did not allow me to download songs. my friends also have the kuwo music box and they can download songs.
please tell me what should i do. your help is very much appreciated
Please do check your anti virus software or firewall software. Because this kind of application always block the usage of kuwo.
Try to add the kuwo to your antivirus trusted application and also white list the incomming and out going traffic for Kuwo in your Firewall application.

Hi, normally the download taking how long?? how come i try to download it takes me almost half day and still cant finish downloading. i tried few time, its still the same. im almost give up.

Hehe, normally for streaming it almost live. but for download song, some time it really take long time.
espcially if you want to download the better quality music. if you prefer wmv then should be ok, if MP3 then may take some time and most of the time is fail as the result.
i totally cant download the music box… these are the msg shown:

Hi. I’m using window vista and i have upgraded to kuwo 2010. Unfortunately, i can’t use it. After install it, it worked well but after i start my computer the next day, it doesnt work anymore. i have to uninstall and install everytime i wanna use it. Seeking for the advice. thank you.

Actually the Lyrics is automatically downloaded to your computer whenever it load.
You may find the Lyrics at C:\kwDownload\Lyrics.
