FileHippo Update Checker (Currently still in the beta) is a small (just over 100kb) and free application that help you to scan through your computer to check for any driver or software update available on the FileHippo.com.

How is work?

FileHippo Update Checker will scan your computer for any installed software, check the version and then send this information back to FileHippo.com to see whether there are any newer release available. If yes, then it will show the name of the software, latest release version, size of the file and also the download link for you to download.

What are the requirement?

CPU-Z is a freeware that allow you to detect your computer hardware in very detail base on the Panopsys hardware detection engine. No installation needed to run the CPU-Z, just unzip the files in a directory and run the .exe. In order to remove the program, just delete the files and that’s it.

Folder size for window – Useful utility for window

Today I only found out that actually we can customize the detail to show in window explorer when we switch the view mode to detail (right click -> View -> Detail).

You may either right click on the top of the window folder bar and it will show all the possible detail that you can add to your window explorer. If you want more, you can click on the [More...]
