Here come the tools that help you to solve your problem – FileMail.

What is Filemail

Filemail is the combination of email sending function and online storage function. You will have the interface to enter from and to email address. Besides that, you also can type your email body and upload the file as you with to send to. For the free account, the limitation is send up to 2GB of file per single email and the file is valid for 10 download counter or 10 days. I believe this will be more then enough for a normal user.

Filemail also provide the premium account and corporate account, the major different is the file size, file storage duration, additional security control, additional monitoring and also the company branding.
