Google Looking to Certify More AdWords Professionals

Calling all marketing professionals! Google is currently on the lookout for participants to take part in its Google Certification Program (GCP) Challenge for AdWords, its search engine marketing platform.

The GCP is a program aimed at helping digital marketing professionals to improve their efficiency in Google AdWords. Upon passing, participants will become ‘Individually Qualified’ professionals and receive a certificate that endorses their proficiency in Google AdWords.

The GCP Challenge in Malaysia will be held from January 21 till March 15, 2013. Top three GCP candidates who pass both Google Advertising Fundamentals and Search Advertising Advanced exams will be award with a smart device worth US$600. Winning the challenge also allows the participants a chance to be globally recognized.

In order to participate:

Step 1: Visit the GCP challenge website here
Step 2: Check your eligibility for the challenge
Step 3: Register to be in the running
Step 4: Sit for your exams online between January 21 and March 15, 2013
Step 5: Submit your results here between January 21 and March 15, 2013 for a shot at winning a smart device worth US$600

All GCP Qualified Individuals whose GCP qualification expires before March 31, 2013 are welcome to join in as well. The GCP Challenge is only open to individuals employed in Malaysia.
