The last major revamp for YouTube was last December, and it’s probably about time for the Mountain View crew to unveil another revamp.
Of course Google has been toying around with many different layouts for YouTube, but it seems the team has finally settled on one design, which resembles Google’s social media network, Google+. Changes include a Google bar at the top of the page and profile pictures appearing next to the user comments to make the site seem more friendly and warm.
If you want to have a go at the new layout, just follow these simple steps:
1. Open up Chrome and head to the YouTube website.
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+J (for Windows users) or Alt+Cmd+J (for OS X users) and enter the console
3. Type in this line of code: document.cookie=”VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE=jZNC3DCddAk;”
4. Hit the Enter button and refresh the page to experience the new YouTube!
