With Facebook bringing out its IPO, attention is being drawn towards the income Facebook generates from advertising. WordStream folks have created a very interesting infographic comparing the income Facebook and arch rival Google make from advertising. Here is a comparative analysis of Facebook and the Google Display Network, which makes us wonder, whether Facebook advertising really works or not.

After Google announce their cloud service – Google Drive, Facebook also join the game as confirm by the Facebook spokeswomen Meredith Chin. The world largest social networking web site confirm on Friday it was rolling out a storage service for the users to share files within groups.

“We first introduced this feature a few months ago with Groups at Schools. Now, we’re making it more widely available. It’ll roll out to more groups over the course of the coming days and all groups should have it soon.” spokeswomen Meredith Chin said.

With the launch of the new services, Facebook will limit the file sizes up to 25 megabytes and certain file such as music will not allow to share over the service due to the copyright issue. Besides that, other potentially “malicious” file type will also be excluded from the service.

With the booming grow of the mobile computing such as smart phone and tablet, the cloud storage become more important to the user. Many of the cloud storage providers only offer a limited amount of storage for free and allow the user to upgrade to paid service with more space available.

Recently, everyone is discussing the net worth for facebook, is that they are going to launch their IPO in the near future? or maybe in this coming summer at total paid up capital of USD $100 billion.

You will learn how’s actually Facebook from nothing to 100 Billion net worth company.

There are a lot social web site nowadays such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn Google+ and so on, but do you know how to make use of it like the expert did? It’s actually more complicated than just posting a status updates at random and seeing what sticks.

When is Facebook most effective? When are you better off using Twitter, or LinkedIn? And what exactly is Google+ good for, anyway?

The business consultant network Zintro recently pulled research from more than a dozen sources including Mashable, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google and Quantcast to put together this nifty infographic, which will help you develop your social strategy. Check it out below for the full report.

While uploading high definition photos is not new to Facebook, only now has the social media giant introduced an update that will display photos in high resolution by default. The photos can be up to four times larger than before, depending on the user’s display.

Besides displaying photos in their high-res glory, the Facebook photo viewer will also allow users to view photos in full screen, with the maximum resolution the photo viewer can handle being 2048 x 2048. Just remember that uploading them requires some patience as it takes longer to upload a high resolution photo compared to a standard or low resolution photo.

It’s the classic ongoing battle which has been raging relentlessly without a ceasefire since the birth of social networking – how much privacy and security (if any) do you actually have on these sites? And who wins in these areas (if anyone)? The two top dogs currently slugging it out for the number one spot are Google and Facebook. Each both have things going for them and things going against them.

For example, Google kicks the pants off Facebook when it comes to working capital and monthly unique users. But the search engine giant falls down completely in the areas of banning the use of pseudonyms and blocking individuals from seeing a post. Both sites are also the subject of a huge number of cyberattacks, which will put your data at risk when someone finally succeeds at breaking through. So who has the best firewalls and site security?

It’s difficult to tell for sure who trumps who in the privacy and security battles, which is why this handy infographic from Veracode sums things up nicely for you to make your own mind up. Let us know what you think. Who would you trust more with your private information? Google or Facebook? Or neither? Do you think either network is improving in these areas or getting worse?

We used to use friendster to contact our old friend, get their info update over there, looking at friend shared photo on friendster. But after the exists of facebook which take over the number one social portal and now Friendster is dying by the traffic drop about 75%.
Quote from Alexa:
About Friendster ( Friendster is a leading global social network emphasizing genuine friendships and the discovery of new people through friends. Search for old friends and classmates, stay in better touch with friends, share photos and videos, and so much more.
Friendster’s three-month global Alexa traffic rank is 512. The site has been online since 2002. The site is based in the US, and visitors to the site spend roughly 21 seconds on each pageview and a total of six minutes on the site during each visit. Friendster’s content places it in the “Social Networking” category.

I just started my new blog call (Share A Video) recently and the blog is mainly use to share all the video with my reader. And the video source are mainly the video I found is intereting from other web site such as facebook, youtube, and etc.

But I do face a problem where facebook don’t allow you to actually embed the video into other web site, after I googling for a while and finally found the script that help you to embed the video.

Every video uploaded on Facebook has a unique ID that you can find in the browser’s address bar (look for the value of parameter “v”).

Copy that number and replace it with xxx in the code below.

From now, you may watch the video from facebook in your web site or blog without need to register or log in into facebook account.

The following video is one of the video from facebook puts you at the center of all the conversatinos you care about by letting you easily manage your e-mail, facebook, myspace and twitter communications in one secure place, so you’ll never miss another message.

I believe most of the internet user may have more then one email account nowadays, and we used to login to each email account through the web mail to check your inbox. But it maybe troublesome if you need to login more then one email account just to check your email. Here come the that allow you to check all the conversations and email at one place.

After you register and verify your email account, just login to the and add your webmail account into Fuser. You may add more then one email account into and you may also add the social network account into Fuser.

To add any new email or social networking account just click on the “Add/Edit account” link at the left bar, to edit your account configuration such as adding a new Avartar, changing the password, changing the registered email, just click on the “setting” link at the top right bar.
