Kuwo just implement the policy to blocked all the user from outside of China to download any music from their website but still allow the user to stream the music to liste. Here is an alternative way if you still want to download any music from China website and keep in your local computer.
You can download the music from Baidu Music through the China Proxy Server. You can refer to the post How to Enter Proxy Settings in Firefox to enter the China Proxy Server IP and port into your Firefox browser before you download it.
Step 1: Go to http://musics.baidu.com using firefox (Make sure you already enter the proxy setting in your firefox)
Step 2: Search or browse for your favorite song from Baidu website and click on the download button from top of the page
Step 3: Select the music quality from the pop up window and click on the download button, this page only will appear if you already enter the China Proxy Server IP into your firefox
You will see this page if your IP is being detected as outside of China which they don’t allow you to download any music
Step 4: Save the file to your prefer location in your computer
Step 5: Music is downloading and waiting to complete
Step 6: Enjoy your new download music from your local computer/folder
