How to leave and view Feedback in Lelong.com.my
After you buy or sell an item in Lelong.com.my, you have a chance to leave Feedback by rating your trading partner and writing a comment. Each member has a Feedback Profile, which is made up of the ratings and comments that were left for them by the buyers and sellers they’ve had transactions with.
Using My Lelong is a great way to help you keep track of your Feedback, especially if you buy or sell regularly.
To leave Feedback:
- Click My Lelong at the top of most Lelong pages. You may be asked to sign in.
- Click the My Buying tab, and then click the My Purchase link on the left.
- On the right hand side of the page, you will saw the list of Purchase that you had make
- Click the Rate [Seller ID] link in the seller column.
- Enter a rating and comment for your trading partner.
- Click the Place Rating button.
Viewing Feedback you received
- Click My Lelong at the top of most Lelong pages. You may be asked to sign in.
- Scroll down until your profile section
- You will see the rating just beside your profile photo
- Click on the rating number
- You will see who gave you the feedback before, either from your seller or from your buyer

This is the link where you can view your buynow order, if the payment is done and update by your buyer, you can see the “Rate [username]” below your client address.

What does the feedback score for the buyer do? Do the buyer get any free coupons or anything if they reached certain score?

The score is a kind of trust of a buyer/seller in the Lelong platform. As a seller. For example if the buyer with very bad feedback score purchase from you, you may need to handle the sales very carefully. On the other hand as the buyer, the buyer will trust you more compare to other seller with lower feedback score, and it bring to more sales.
For the time being, I not too sure is Lelong providing any special incentive/voucher for their high feedback score buyer at the moment, maybe we should feedback this incentive to Lelong management team 🙂

Hi I have a question. Is it possible to rate the seller without buying anything from him? I’ve made my payment through direct fund transfer so i technically didn’t make any purchase through lelong.
Unfortunately you cant leave rating to the seller without make any purchase, but you always can leave the public viewable commend to the seller.
It’s commandeered to complete the transaction within the Lelong platform so that you are protected by Lelong if any issue happen.
