Today when I check on my hotmail junk mail and found out a lot of email from “MAYBANK” and told me that I got a secure and unread message from the bank, ask me to click on the link to login to confirm the account activities.
If you check on the link that they provided is not go to Maybank2u.com.my web site but go to some other funny URL. Just for those who are not alert about this scam case before, please don’t click any link in email especially for web site related to the financial web site, always go to the address bar and type in the web site URL manually.
Besides that, bank will not send email to ask you to login to your account, but will only send out the latest promotion only. Always bear in mind on this in order to avoid any unnecessary trouble.
